📄 Written workmanship guarantee
A signed document with the company seal, setting out the terms, duration and inspection program.
📷 Photographic archive
Photographic documentation of all construction phases — from the roof structure to the last tile.
📋 Detailed work record
Which materials were used, from which supplier and in what order. Together with the invoice or receipt.
Guarantee duration and program
The guarantee starts on the day of handover and covers the technical and structural aspects of the construction. With a program of periodic inspections, coverage continues uninterrupted — for over 20 years.

Free technical inspection in the 1st year. If a problem is found, we take full responsibility for the repair and replacement of materials — at our own cost.

2–5yearsAnnual technical inspection
Annual general inspection with a pre-agreed travel cost stated in the guarantee. All technical repairs are carried out free of charge. Your roof remains under continuous monitoring.

5–20+yearsGuarantee extension for over 20 years
Provided the maintenance terms are met, the guarantee continues without interruption.
What is covered — what is not

- Any failure in the technical aspect of the construction
- Water infiltration due to a construction defect
- Problems from incorrect installation of membranes or insulation
- Poor waterproofing at chimneys, skylights and roof windows
- Problems from incorrect construction of the ridge or ventilated roof
- Failure of metal details — perimeter profiles, corners, drainage
- Any other construction error
✗ Not covered
- Materials — they carry the manufacturer's own warranty
- Extreme weather events (tornadoes, earthquakes, floods, fires)
- Damage caused by third-party contractors or other building works
- Lack of maintenance — annual cleaning of gutters and the roof is essential to prevent water ingress
- Work carried out on the roof without supervision by our technician
Note on materials: No honest contractor can guarantee third-party materials. We use materials from certified suppliers (Tegola Canadese, Rothoblaas, Panagiopopoulos SA, Fakro, etc.) that carry their own manufacturer's warranties, which you will be informed of in advance. We go one step further: in the first year, any problem with the materials is handled by us — at our own responsibility and cost.
The choice of materials is yours
We present you with quality material options from certified suppliers — with different specifications and price points. The final choice is entirely yours.
The durability and lifespan of the materials depends directly on the quality you choose. We build with the same care regardless of the choice — but we cannot guarantee materials we do not manufacture.
Our advice: Do not cut costs on roofing materials. The cost of replacement is always greater than the cost of quality from the start.

Why a written guarantee matters
A verbal guarantee is worth nothing in law. A written guarantee gives you legal protection and obliges us to stand behind our work. Something we have been doing since 1988 — across countless constructions throughout Greece.
